For decades, the Albany-Saratoga Speedway has been a recreational cornerstone for race fans in Malta. As this property transitions into its next phase, we are honored to help shape the future of this prominent location.

 

Camber Ridge is a proposed transformational redevelopment across a ~50-acre parcel along Route 9 North, designed specifically for the Malta community. This project addresses the need for balance amidst rising inflation and housing costs by providing affordable housing options to help residents maintain their quality of life. This multiphase mixed-use project aims to transform the recreational site into a vibrant community consisting of housing, retail, community amenities, and walking trails.

The NRP Group and Five Corners Development are embarking on an exciting redevelopment of the historic Albany-Saratoga Speedway site, situated on an expansive 50 acres along Route 9 in the Town of Malta, NY.  The visionary, multiphase mixed-use project will transform this historic recreational site into a vibrant community hub.
